Our Community of Practices are a safe focused space for connection whilst dealing with a difficult topic. It gives you the opportunity to think without (your ideas) being fully formed and this is done in a supported, engaged and open environment.

Who is it for?

A six-month interactive Community of Practice, designed for those responsible for safeguarding and wellbeing in Adult & Community Education settings.

What you'll Gain

During the course, we will cover topics such as evidence base and language, organisational mapping, allyship and working with colleagues, safeguarding or behaviour issues, learner engagement, employer engagement, resources and other sources of information. Each session will be online via Zoom and there will be the opportunity to share ideas and current practices to help support one another.
