How Do I Have That Difficult Conversation?

Lightbulb Lunches

-

Let's Talk - Professional Development

“Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind.” – Brene Brown

As a leader we sometimes must have those hard or difficult conversations, but it is important that we do so. We must be clear about what is going on and talk about it, otherwise we are just being unkind to make ourselves feel more comfortable.

In this workshop we will look at what stops us having those difficult conversations and how we can make it an easier process.
